Royal Windsor Wheel

The Royal Windsor Wheel is there in the alexandra park for some time now. Well, everything in windsor is referred to as 'royal' I wonder how long before they start calling all the eating places on windsor high street as 'royal'. It would be nice to go to Royal McDonalds, Royal Burger King or Royal Pizza Hut. Royal B Bar could fulfill all your drinks needs before you depart on the train at Royal Windsor Station. This 'Royal' Windsor Station is probably one of the smallest stations in Britain.

So look at the alexandra park from the station and you see this great big Windsor Eye (No it's the Royal Windsor Wheel) right in the middle of the park. The tickets cost £6 per person and when I went there, approximately 6% of the Gondolas were occupied. Apparently you can see into the windsor castle, you can see T5 construction and Wembley Arch. I haven't been on it yet, but might be an interesting ride.

Further North

Last week's travel took me a bit further North than I had ever been before. We visited Isle of Skye and drove on the A855 coastal route in the island. Map of the route here.

With these changes,
As it stands today,
the Northernmost point on the earth that I have been to is Kilmaluag in Isle of Skye, Scotland, UK and
the Southernmost point on the earht that I have been to is Madurai, India.
